Our Story

We began this journey as Ditterich Family Farm, with a retail store located on our farm that sold our meat. Thanks to amazing local support our business grew and grew until it was time to move our retail store off our farm and into town. We are now Ditterich Mercantile and we carry quality beef, groceries, gourmet popcorn and local food items. We also have a full commercial kitchen where DuWayne prepares his famous brisket, ribs, pulled pork and more.
