Our Story
Welcome to Ditterich Family Farm, where the emphasis is on family. Our farm is located in the heart of lakes country in Minnesota and has been in our family for three generations. We are raising the fourth generation, our three sons, on it now.
We pride ourselves on our quality steaks and burger. Our cows are fed the corn and hay we raise which results in better quality and more flavorful meat. That's what we want to feed our family and we bet that's what you want to feed yours.
This summer we moved our retail store off our farm and in to town. We are now Ditterich Mercantile and we carry our beef, groceries and unique local food items. We also have a full commercial kitchen where DuWayne prepares his famous brisket, ribs, pulled pork and more.
